Cancelling a Call

  1. Before Your Call. You may cancel or reschedule your investor call at any time, for any reason, at no cost, using the link in your confirmation or by replying to our messages.
  2. After Your Call. A call creates no obligation. You may stop the process at any point before signing offering documents.
  3. After Signing. Once offering documents are signed, any rights, obligations, and remedies are governed entirely by those documents and applicable law. We encourage you to read them carefully and consult your own advisors before signing.

Payment Safety

The Company will never ask you to send money through this Site, a text message, or a payment app. If you receive a request like that, do not send funds, and contact us directly using the information below.

Severability and Governing Law
