This policy explains how Green Evolution Technologies collects consent to send text messages through https://one.greenevolutiontechnologies.com, what we send, and how to stop.

1. Use Case & Program Description

Green Evolution Technologies sends two kinds of text messages, each only to people who give separate, express consent:

  • Non-marketing messages about an investor call a visitor has requested: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and pre-call materials.
  • Marketing messages, such as company updates and news.

Each kind of consent is collected with its own separate, optional, unchecked checkbox. Marketing consent is never bundled with non-marketing consent, and neither is required to request a call.

2. How Contacts Opt In to Messages

SMS consent is collected on this website only, through the investor application form on our home page at https://one.greenevolutiontechnologies.com. The opt-in flow is as follows:

  1. A visitor answers a few questions, then enters their name, email, mobile number, and state to request an investor call.
  2. Two separate checkboxes are shown directly below the contact fields. Both are unchecked by default and both are optional. The first reads:
    “I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Green Evolution Technologies about my investor call request, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
    The second reads:
    “I consent to receive marketing text messages from Green Evolution Technologies, such as company updates and news. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or investment. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
  3. The visitor may check either box, both, or neither. The form submits the same way in every case.
  4. If neither box is checked, we do not send text messages. Our team may still follow up by phone or email about the request.

Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Opt-In Confirmation Messages

After opting in, the contact receives a confirmation for each kind of consent they gave:

Sample Message #2 (Non-marketing)

Green Evolution Technologies: Reminder, your investor call is tomorrow at {time}. Need a different time? Reply to this message. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Sample Message #3 (Marketing)

Green Evolution Technologies: Our latest company update is out, with news from this season in the field. Read it here: {link}. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

5. Message Frequency, Rates & Cost

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message & data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or investment.

6. Opt-Out & Help

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Replying HELP to any text message for assistance
  • Emailing jonlicata@hydrogel.us

After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us. To re-join, opt in again through our website form.

7. Data Privacy & Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

8. No Obligation to Invest

  • Requesting a call or opting in to text messages places you under no obligation to invest.
  • The Company's offering is intended for accredited investors only, and accredited investor status is verified before any investment is accepted.
  • Nothing in any text message is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offer is made only through the Company's offering documents.
