Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Nevada.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking either SMS consent checkbox on our website application form, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description

If you check the non-marketing box, you may receive text messages about your investor call request: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and pre-call materials. If you check the marketing box, you may receive marketing text messages such as company updates and news. The two consents are separate and optional, marketing consent is never bundled with non-marketing consent, and neither is required to request a call. See our Opt-In Policy for the exact checkbox wording and sample messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or investment.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
